I went to the gym yesterday. I haven’t been in months and haven’t been regularly in a several years. Finally, I feel like going; I’m not sure if I’ve found the right dose of Synthroid or vitamin D, or because I’m eating differently and have more energy throughout the day. No matter, I’m going to ride this wave as long as possible.
One of the tips I’ve picked up over the years it to bring my gym clothes with me to work so I can put them on at the end of the day. I’ve done this before and worked. Changing out of work clothes and into sneakers and sweats force me to face that I’d have no real excuse if I was dressed to workout.
Every fitness guru, personal trainer, Weight Watchers leader, they all say the same thing about exercise–it’s a necessary part of the solution to good heath and well-being. Today I want to thank all of those folks who shared tips, tricks, advice and pieces of inspiration on my journey to wellness. I’ve not forgotten any of them and intend to continue using them all!
