Using fresh ingredients in baking or cooking is always best, so say the experts. When I read the Weekly Photo Challenge prompt …imagine the cover of a favorite book, music album, or magazine; I could immediately see the cover of my future cookbook (another dream of mine). I took the picture this past summer when we harvested our strawberries from the vast garden my husband tends in our back yard (thank you, honey).
