You’ve been given the superpower to change one law of nature. How do you use it?
Thankfully, I’m not in charge of the world! I’ll leave that to the good Lord above to keep an eye things. I also am not sure I can name more than one or two of the laws of nature, never mind wanting to change one. That said, let’s focus on my super powers…those, I’ve got ( or so I’ve been told).
I’ll admit that the super power that I most love having is the ability to listen. Listening, as I’ve mentioned in other posts, is a skill I’ve refined over the years. Workshops, coaching and lots of practice got me where I am today.
When I was in junior high school, I spent time singing in the “folk choir” at our church. The organist was a lovely young woman who played the mass on Saturdays. We got to sing music that you wouldn’t necessarily hear on Sunday mornings, a little less traditional. Miss B. introduced me to the music from the Weston Priory; she’s gets today’s thank you; and you get to hear my favorite song: Listen.
(You may have to scroll down to get to this one, it’s #5)
